I just found this and at $30 you can't complain. I have just tried it with my EWI and it seems OK. I will try it with my DM48 when I can.

Hereby the free Respiro wind-synth player for iOS, it contains 6 instruments running on iPad/iPhone.
Respiro sound-engine contains an advanced reed model + wavetable injection.

Owners of Respiro for Mac/Win can tweak and expand the list of instruments on their iOS device using export/import library feature..
