Geoshred not reaching full expression

Hi everyone! I'm using geoshred with the geoswam preset enabled and the connection works fine. However, I've noticed that while the expression does vary with blowing pressure I am unable to reach the full expression value no matter how hard I blow. I've played around with different sensitivities and breath curves but it doesn't make a difference. I can verify that the expression isn't being reached, because when I tap on my ipad directly, it is significantly louder.

Please let me know if anyone else has had this issue or knows of a fix. It unfortunately makes it feel not very repsonsive.
