Great battery powered 1/8" jack speaker

To play through portable battery powered speakers through the 1/8" iPad headphone jack i found an old Sony SRS XB32 I had laying around. Excellent volume and frequency response and battery powered.

So, when using my DM48X over BLE, if I decide to play out somewhere (like busking) with my backing tracks i don't have to be concerned with where power outlets are.

Caveat: I your output level is not high enough the Sony speaker will power off after 15 minutes thinking it's not in use to save battery.  I think it even behaves this way while plugged in. Annoying but easily avoided by playing with higher volumes.

See previous post on NUX system I use if you also want wireless IEM in this use case. Needs a splitter in this case.
