How does this software handle failover of a downed node, when the VM's restart on a new hypervisor?

Hi Jason,
In write through mode, everything stored on the cache device can be safely discarded, so the VM can be restarted on a new host with a new cache transparently.
In write back mode, the original cache device is required to recover the VM's data before it can start on another host.
