Ignoring reads

Is it possible to configure dm-cache in such a way, that it only caches writes BUT not reads?

Frederik,

dm-cache currently dos not support "write-only" caching. I am curious
why you want this feature. If only writes are cached, how to deal with
the reads to the cached writes?

Me too. we are developing a backup device. just write-cache only needed.
