Open positions for SBC Deployment Engineers @ Mindtree Experience: 5 + years Location: Chennai Preferences: Immediate joiners with willingness to travel Responsibilities: - 5+ year hands on experience in SIP, IMS and SBC. - A minimum 1+ year working experience in SBC Installation, Configuration Deployment and Testing. - Working experience in SIP/VoIP. - Good understanding of telecommunication domain. - Linux/ Solaris user level expertise on commands etc. - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and suggest/perform corrective or preventative maintenance actions on issues using above protocols and products reported by customers. - Create and maintain customer relationship on a day-to-day basis, e.g., communication, information gathering, operational review, escalation and reporting.
