Hi All,

DLF guys is not providing me 21 clause tripartite agreement for releasing the SBI home loan and my installment is still pending.

Are you people facing the same issue?
If any solution then please let me know.
My HL branch is RACPAC kormangala.

Thanks,

in my case, DLF has provided triparty bond on A4 size paper but we need on Rs 200 stamp paper. So, I think you need to go DLF office with Rs 200 stamp papers and get it done in office.
thanks

Hi

I have my HL from SBI RACPAC kormangala. I think I got it franked.

The following is what I have received from DLF:

<quote>

Dear Mr. Alluru,

We have dispatched the NOC on 28/5/12. Only tripartite agreement which has to be printed in Rs.200/- stamp paper. Since we do not have this facility the same is printed in A4 paper with 1 authorised signatory Once it is franked and signed by the applicant the 2nd signature from us will be attested.

Thanks for the early responses.

But after dec 2012 there is some changes in tripartite agreement(21 clause) from SBI and now DLF has to provide the new format but from the last 1+ month Sumathi is not able to provide me the 21 clause tripartite agreement, due to lack of tripartite agreement bank is not releasing the money against dlf's demand.

Anybody is facing 21 clause tripartite agreement issue like me ?

*Sumathi has provide me the older format of tripartite agreement which is not acceptable by SBI guys :(

Vishal

Hi Ramjita,

Are you talking about the new format of the tripartite agreement?
If yes then please tell me the agent name and no who can do this for me btw I have also applied through agent, but he doesn't know about this.

Thanks for the help,
Vishal
