Car parking is not being sold to you . What is being paid is a parking usage charge.
Service tax is not applicable on BSP and Prabhat can explain it to you in detail .

Goos job Ravi. Shameless buggers are still mentioning club house as part of the campus/ project, while it is still not made clear with the existing buyers.

I thought car parking is our space as we paid for the same. While her response says.. it's only usage charges. Any thoughts on this??

If that's the thing, Let them know whats going around. Well I ain't doing anything illegal. They know the law very well and how to twist it. if we believe its actually cheating and bending the laws in their advantage it's up to us to take a call on it. 

Certainly if a VP mentions that CAR PARKING is not sold and is charged for its usability I seriously want to understand which other builder does it ? And, if DLF building a residential society or a public property like MALL or an airport where one is supposed to PAY for parking as per a time frame usage. Which law actually allows them to charge for usability of Car Parking in a residential Complex.
