Dear Suresh and Volunteer team,

I hope this email finds you well. I was told that I have a seepage issue going in my Flat MHL031 for the past month or so. My tenant Rahul previously made this complaint with JLL and the issue is not resolved yet. After having further discussion, I learnt that source of the Problem is from the flat right above us I.e. MHL041, which is rented approximately a month ago.  The bathroom upstairs is seeping through the walls of bathroom downstairs. However, when the owner of flat MHL041 is contacted by JLL, they are not given permission to enter the flat and fix the source of the problem.

I am here with attaching the picture of my flat with the significant damage already done to walls and ceiling. I kindly request JLL and Volunteer team to look into my issue and bring a closure in this regard. On the same note, I request the owner or the current tenant of MHL041 to kindly allow JLL team to enter the premises and do the needful and I would greatly appreciate such cooperation. My apologies, if any of this information presented above is not accurate but the fact of seepage in my flat MHL031 remains true.

Please consider this email as my written complaint or a service request for MHL031. If there is any formality that needs to be completed by me, please help me understand it. Have a great day.

Sincerely,
Gokul.
