Dear Suresh,

It is a serious matter that you need to address with your team immediately.  We anticipate security issues along with anti social activities with these kind of lapses. It cannot be ignored and we want you realise that ; in my opinion it is like one of the back door is open in our house which poses security lapses.  Moreover, it is also disturbing to note that cable cut has been routine now a days. Please review security arrangements and make changes as required. 

Residents are for their safety and they deserve to complain.  

We request you to intimate us with escalation matrix so that it can be addressed in case we do not get a solution or see any improvement to address our concerns.  Thanks.

We don't know its been opened by whom and what is going to happen to cabling line.

We very well brought this topic in operational meeting and JLL committed that, they will take care of it, but they couldn't.

Post that meeting also resident faced same cable cutting issue (either from shaft line or from terrace) frequently and its become a daily headache of resident.

Please be double sure all shaft and terrace door MUST be closed, to avoid unusual circumstances. 

Please take care of it and will discuss it in coming operational meeting as well.
