Mr Anuj,

 

Please don't get over excited while pressing on enter button.I am not an investor in this project and neither a broker.

 

I heard from one of my friend uncle who has invested in this project and then taken out the money.The reason which he mnetioned is that they don't have the approval for constructing G+12 floor though i searched various forum and haven't heard anything like that.But i know there are already couple of issues around other DLF project regarding posession etc so wanted to make sure that there is no issues. Also wanted to know whether anybody has heard similar thing like that.

 

Its better to be prepared for every eventuality rather than thinking that things will go well.And even if this is a rumour than also its better to check rather than repenting at the last moment.

There is nothing like this as of now . All approvals have been obtained .
Stop spreading rumors . Construction is going as per schedule This a
township and Maiden heights is also a part of this ..

Yeah , so it's better to give a brief background instead of sending a two line e-mail without any background . I will advise you to think before pressing the panic button as it can spread rumors in the market regarding project . Be Positive as till this point the progress is good . Regarding your concern lets verify this with the documents we have and then can verify with DLF .

I live in gurgaon. Some one in Bangalore can file RTI application with director town 

​& country planning - popularly called DTCP that normally gives permission for multi-story building​. Please ask for a copy of license/permission both for Maiden Heights & Woodland Heights

As per the link http://www.anekal-pa.in/lol12.html DLF project approval details are there . Also in the ABA they have mentioned approval number , order number from Annekal Planning Authority . If we can get copy of that order it will clear things . Ideally the approval should be as per the plan mentioned in ABA.

This guy might be want to just spread some rumors that ppl can start selling flat. So dnt belive in stupid thing. One company can do mistake other company will not do. It's means L&T also must have checked before taking contract.
