Hello Aanjaney,
Thanks for your email and reaching out to me. At the outset since I am not sure the select few you have reached out to, hence marking to all the owners who contested the elections ( Assuming this is what is referred to as Team UniteUp). I hope this does not offend you to close down the communication channels.
Firstly let me congratulate to you and your team personally and also on behalf of all the residents of Maiden Heights on getting elected to the Association. At least the first battle is won :) - a freedom from DLF and JLL to implement ideas and measures for the betterment of the society "by the owners for the owners off the owners".
We duly acknowledge the fact that it is definitely not an easy task but we as owners definitely need to step up with aggressive intent you have outlined. We all believe in that. At the same time we would not like to continue in " 2 Team" architecture and be more inclusive to gather everybody's views.
I personally and we as a team believe that this is only going to yield better results where we have more inclusive opinion making involving all owners on the ground. We are not saying this should be the "Modus Operandi" going forward inviting all owners for every small matters but to have a head start where everybody is emotional and having burning pockets it is wiser to involve and include as many as possible to have more and better ideas which can be brainstormed to derive a more holistic road map and then split into smaller focused groups.
We as a group of co-owners and co-residents definitely had some thoughts and ideas when we thought we should work for and towards the association for betterment of all. And I believe same is the case with your team. On that note we would also like to hear you out on your thoughts and we will definitely stand up as a team of owners and residents to pitch in wherever possible in the capacity as owners, As I have already mentioned in Whatsapp ( hope you had a chance to see knowing that whatsapp neither is nor will be/can be an official mode of communication) we do not look at things in individual teams ( just because we contested the elections as a group). Hence we strongly believe that instead of a bilateral or discreet communication we should invite all owners on a larger forum for a more inclusive opinion and decision making.
I know i am responding to you in person since i received an email from you ( unfortunately i do not have all the email ids of your team members handy else i would have loved them to be in the loop too) but in general I believe my friends and co-owners also shares the same views.
Do let us know if this strikes a chord with you too and we as a group of residents can do wonders in the coming days!!
Cheers!
And appreciate all the hard work put in until now!!
Regards,
Abhishek
