JCT 2005 / 2011 - Session 2 2011

Hello,

For Session 2, 2011 - if we are (for example) asked about the
procedure for payment under JCT, should we answer regarding the
process for JCT 2011, or for that of JCT 2005 Rev 2 2009.

Obviously experience recorded during the diary period will be based
upon JCT 2005(2009), rather than JCT 2011. However by the time we sit
in November, the 2005(2009) edition will obviously be obsolete.

Any guidance appreciated!

I believe a good stance to take would be to discuss the experiences you have had against the versions of the JCT for you have used.  

Then have a good knowledge and understanding of the latest JCT 2011 updates etc, whether you have used it of not.

Don't forget wherever possible offer real life examples when discussing your level 2 and 3 competencies with Assessors
