Key Responsibilities:
· Lead support and enhancement activities for Guidewire BillingCenter (on-prem or cloud).
· Collaborate with client teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
· Coordinate with offshore teams and manage client communications.
Required Skills:
· Strong experience with Guidewire BillingCenter (minimum 4–5 years).
· Familiarity with PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
· Hands-on expertise in configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
