Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Middleware Integration and Payment Systems to support our client in New Jersey.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and support inbound and outbound payment flows across systems.
• Work with stakeholders to understand core banking business processes, particularly around payment processing.
• Drive integration between legacy and new systems, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with development teams on system integration design and data mapping.
• Analyse and troubleshoot data formats including XML, JSON, and 6thwidth.
• Work with communication protocols such as Kafka and MQ for system messaging and real-time integration.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support data analysis and transformation.

 

Must Have Skills:

• Strong experience with system integrations and payment platforms.
• Solid understanding of middleware technologies, especially Kafka/MQ.
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL).
• Knowledge of payment processing workflows, banking operations, and data structures.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
