Guidewire Billing Center Support Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Lead support and enhancement activities for Guidewire BillingCenter (on-prem or cloud).
Collaborate with client teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Coordinate with offshore teams and manage client communications.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Guidewire BillingCenter (minimum 4–5 years).
Familiarity with PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
Hands-on expertise in configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
