Guidewire Billing Center Support Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead support and enhancement activities for Guidewire BillingCenter (on-prem or cloud).
  • Collaborate with client teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and manage client communications.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Guidewire BillingCenter (minimum 4–5 years).
  • Familiarity with PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
  • Hands-on expertise in configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
