We are pleased to announce the release of
### DKPro Similarity 2.3.0
an open source framework for text similarity.

This is mainly a maintenance and bug-fix release.
#### Notable changes since DKPro Similarity 2.2.0
- Upgraded to DKPro Core 1.9.1
- Load/save data in UTF-8 encoding instead of system encoding
- Updated build setup and some dependencies

When upgrading, please mind that you should not mix different versions of DKPro Similarity components in your projects - they may not be compatible with each other.
