Time Consumtion in different similarity algorithm

Dear Concern,

I am using most of the text similarity algorithms in my project. It seems there are very time consuming. In the below there is a summery of average time required by some of the algorithm

Similarity Matrix	Average Time Required to Execute
ESA with Wikipedia	3635 Millisecond
ESA with Wiktionary	341 Millisecond
ESA with Wordnet	21 Millisecond
GreedyStringTiling	1.9 Millisecond
JiangConrath	508 Millisecond

Any advice on how can I decrease the time required to execute.
