DKPro Lab 0.9.0 released

Hi everybody,

finally, DKPro Lab 0.9.0 is released and is now available from the UKP OSS Maven Repository.

The most important changes in this version:

- release contains source and JavaDoc artifacts again
- better error messages
- reports fail fatally (due to popular request)
- new family of "addImport" methods (the addImportLatest and friends are deprecated)
- constraints are treated as a disjunction
