I used snowball with DKPro, does the library use only the algorithm or a text file like http://snowball.tartarus.org/algorithms/diffs.txt ?

I would like to modify some results of the snowball, is there a parameter to do it,

We currently don't support providing your own stemming lists for Snowball.

If you want to only modify some results, I recommend running Snowball first and then to post-process the results with your own component iterating over all generated Stems and changing the ones you want changed.
