How to read binary CAS files using Python?

Hi, I want to read the binary CAS files created by INCEpTION using python. How can I achieve this? Until now I only found the DKPro Cassis library which only reads XMI files.

There is currently no Python library that supports any of the binary CAS serializations.

But using UIMA CAS XMI + Cassis is a good choice :)
