Is it possible to change my Appel Factory IMEI number on my iPhone 4 ?
What utility or program can do the job for me.
Its coz my IMEI is banned on the Turkey network coz you must pay a registre
fee if you as guest stay more than 3 monts per year in Turkie. And we have a
vacation Apartment there
Now my phone can not connect to any Turkies nets. Until a pay the fee whit
is about 50 $ or get a IMEI number from a Nokia phone i have who is
registret proberly in Turkiye.
I can ensure you the phone not is stolen. If somebody can help and have a
program to use i can email you my invoice for my iPhone to prove ist not a
stolen one
Im not a computer expert, so is must be a easy simpel program to use. Maybe
a expert can do the change for me online whit this desktop program

There's not going to be any easy way to do what you want, and even if
you could there are lots of risks associated with it.

I would have thought it would be easier just to pay the $50
registration fee.

pay the fee. changing an imei to avoid paying a fee is fraud. that's
illegal.

and you asked this a few months ago and got the same answer.
