Documents "show Iraq link to Bin Laden"

Documents found in Baghdad provide
evidence of a link between the Iraqi
regime and Osama Bin Laden's al-Qaeda
network, The Sunday Telegraph reports.

The papers were found in the bombed
headquarters of Iraq's intelligence
service, Mukhabarat, the Telegraph says

They detail preparations for the visit
of an al-Qaeda envoy to Iraq in 1988.

The meeting went so well, the paper
claims, that a visit to Baghdad by Bin
Laden himself was discussed.
--- END of News -------------------------

CNN TextTV skriver (s 105) at mødet fandt sted i marts 1998.

godt kan forstå under henvisning til The International Court of Justice),
