Well, as a software application for modeling pipe system flows and pressure drops you'll find it hard to beat. I work on wincc explorer 7.4.During the working on the software,laptop battery low and suddenly my laptop off.I start the laptop and open the project when i try to open the specific graphic designing screen for further work then unexpected file format error occur
i do all step as you mention but the result is same....in the same project new picture can be created but my complete working window not open.actually i have don a lot of work on that screen so i want to recover it again. my software is working 100%everything is OK except that screen
