It must be inside your Ubuntu/Kbuntu distribution.
I use debian, Ubuntu is based on Debian, so it shoud be similar...
In Debian the name of flash package is "flashplugin-nonfree". And You
can install it in a few ways:
1) (pure console mode)
# apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
2) use one of text-mode installers: aptitude or dselect
2) use graphical installers from GNOME or KDE.
But there is also possibility to install Mozilla/FireFox/ThunderBeird
directly from Mozilla Organisation site.
Simply look to http://www.mozilla.org (or other site - mayby there is
Danish one?), get Mozilla or whatever you want to your computer and
start installation program. On the site you should find flash and other
useful plugins.
If You are Ubuntu/Kbuntu user, look for help inside your distribution
WWW (should be FAQ, news-group, irc-chanell, chat and so on). Look
also at international linux news/irc groups (in Danmark Linux is not too
popular).
