It looks like there is a class action lawsuit against Sony for allegedly not
shipping 90-nm technology in the Playstation PSX as advertised. If you check
out http://www.bigclassaction.com/class_action/playstation.html they have
the info on it and even have a free case evaluation there to become part of
it. I thought this was kind of interesting.
