Can't register to DjongoCS

I'm interested in using Djongo.
I found so many problem in the free version. 
I don't mind paying to have the stable version.

However, when I do the registration in DjongoCS, i caught in infinite loading, and can't proceed any further. 

Is this project still alive? if so, why no one care their way to get revenue is bugged?
