Poster Template for UDP IDP

Dear Students,

Please find attached ppt template for making POSTER of UDP/IDP. A pdf copy is given for reference.

Follow the below instructions

• Strictly follow the template given here
• Do not make changes in the content, font, design and sequence of the template as this has to remain same for all the groups in EC Dept.
  
• Do not copy-paste content in the slide, this will change the formatting and create a mismatch. Hence you have to type it in the sections given in the slide.
• The images in block diagram, flow chart and photo gallery has to be of appropriate resolution so that the images do not look blur, stretched or skewed in print/poster.
  
• The text or content to be modified/removed is shown in "[ ]"
  
• Do not change contents except this "[ ]" brackets, Ex: Introduction & Motivation etc.
• The instructions are given for each section in the slide, follow the same
• All the groups have to submit 1 ppt + 1 pdf (copy of the ppt saved in pdf format) + 1 color poster (36 inches x 48 inches) + 1 color print copy on A4 size paper
  

All the groups have to prepare the ppt and verify the technical contents by their respective internal and external guides by 28th April, 2014. The same is to be submitted to project coordinator for any formatting errors on or before 28th, 29th April 2014.    

This is a collaborative exercise of the department and hence all the students and faculty members are requested to coordinate and comply with the time bound dead lines.
