I just checked on when the next LA Geek Dinner is, and that's the
date! It's a Tuesday, I believe. They'll also be launching IgniteLA

which i guess is where you present a 5-minute talk using 20 slides
that auto-advance every 15 seconds. An interesting challenge! Anyone
