SIte Administration only shows Auth, Sites and User Actions

Hi,

i recently came across some screenshots from Django-filebrwoser and i can see that in the site administration apart from Auth, Site and User Actions there are Grappeli block, Navigation and other.
How can i enable all these?
I can provide screenshot of how my django-filebrowser site is right now.
