Second that.  Not sure there is anything specifically "ZA" about South Africa ... although I would still like to see a translation of the interface into Afrikaans.

Hi Liam, Most of the Django Dev's are on the python user groups.
 
Not sure if the community is large enough for ZA. What platform do you
recommend.
 
Just shout if you need anything in particular.
