Font bigger after going Django 2.2 to 3.2

I upgraded from Django 2.2/Python3.6 to Django 3.2/Python3.9. The font size for wiki is now 1.5-2x the size it was before. I checked the docs and settings.py, but I can't find any reference to css, fonts, or styling.

Anyone know a way to shrink the font back to it's former size (other than the obvious downgrade Django/Python)?
