David, if you're listening...

Are you planning on packaging this guy and throwing it up on PyPI? It
would be fantastic to be able to throw it into a requirements file,
point pip at it and let it do its thing. :)

I'm quite happy to package it up for pypi, but am currently severely time-poor. If you can make a branch with the requisite setup.py file, I'll happily press the button that registers it with pypi.
