Web Directions North conference in Vancouver!

Alas, the conference isn't cheap. :(

I definitely can't afford to go to that, especially since I don't even
work in the web industry so I don't have a company that can pay for
me. It's more of a hobby right now. Hopefully someone will take
detailed notes or maybe even some video footage will appear on
Gootube.

Hi David,

I hear ya. :| My brain is churning, churning trying to think of some
way he could make a more accessible appearance (while still keeping
the conference organizers happy, seeing as they're paying the freight
to bring him up here... maybe chipping in for his airfare or
something).
