install on godaddy shared hosting

a month ago i visited django site and i was amazed - great framework,
just what i was looking for - and the best thing is, it runs on python
;)

ok, to my question: i purchased a shared hosting on godaddy and i would
like to install django. they do not offer ssh access so my question is
- how do i install django then?

if there is no other posible way, could anyone recommend a good (fast!!
& low latency - i'm in slovenia, near italy) hosting provider?
