Problem UnicodeDecodeError when run createsuper

I have a problem when run createsuperuser.py command in python 3.4. How can I solve it definitely?

What about using a string instead of a byte_array ?
Replacing b'Endere\xc3\xa7o de email: ' with 'Endereço de email: '
should do the trick
