PostgreSQL, sqlite or complain to Oracle.

Postgresql only supports to 3.3 as well if you're using psycopg2.  I'm not sure what other driver you can use in its place.

Hello!

Use pyMySQL. You have to add

import pymysql
pymysql.install_as_MySQLdb()

in the main init of your application and it will work. I use it myself.
