Answer is simple. Notepad opens python files.. Try to start python.exe djangoadmin

I use windows 7
         python 2.7.6
    and  django 1.7.6

when i run "django-admin startproject mysite"

it opens a file on notepad++ called django-admin with some code in it

from django.core import management

if __name__ == "__main__":
    management.execute_from_command_line()

and no folder or file have been created.

have i done something wrong?
