Path Not Found Error

Hi All,

      I am learning Django for the first time and getting error "Path Not Found" everytime I am running the command "python manage.py runserver". I have gone through many videos & articles and have tried many things but it is still not working. Can anyone help me on the same.

I would like to mention here that I am using a Windows Laptop having 64 GB Configuration with AMD Ryzem 5 version.

I would be glad to hear your response.
