How to add a citation generator in journal website

 The system should be like when I will add a new journal it will automatically take the input like the title, author name, doi, and will generate 3/4 types of citation file like ris, bibtex or endnote file.

 

I want this type of citation generation system. If there is already a great module please mention that. 

It would be great if anyone suggest how to design the model to add the section and subsection table and figures like in the figure below. And is there a tool in Django that can help add the citation in the figure below?
