A question about the Django server

I am using windows and I started a server by 'py manage.py runserver' in the powershell, It works

and I also can visit the web I writed for test

but when I try to login the background, the server is break down

I have tried so hard to find out what's the problem, but still can not fix it. so I am asking for your help and advice. thanks
