[ANNOUNCE] Bugfix releases issued

The second bugfix release in the 1.7 series is out (with nearly 60 fixes!), along with bugfix releases for the supported 1.4 and 1.6 release series, and what will hopefully (again) be the final release of the 1.5 series, which is now past end-of-life.
