FileZille Djangosite upload => 550 error: failed to change directory?? why?

Hi There, finally i tried to upload my djangosite, using filezilla. but during upload every file upload is throwing error saying: 550 failed to change directory. 

what can be the reason? can it be access right which i can change thru chmod or so? where is the problem, in my server or in my filezilla?
