db selection from login form (a multi db app)

Im quiet new to django. and working on a project of Accounting app in which i want separate db for each fiscal year. so at the time of login their will be a drop-down field of fiscal year for all values their will be a  corresponded db.

any clue how to implement?

roadmap?
