Sarah is Vice President of the Django Software Foundation and a Software Engineer at Kraken Tech (Octopus Energy Group), Paris. A dedicated open source advocate, Sarah is renowned for her leadership, inclusive mentorship, and unwavering support for the Django and Python communities.

Her many contributions include maintaining the official Django website, co-founding the Djangonaut Space mentorship initiative, organizing DjangoCon Europe 2023, and serving on key teams such as Django Accessibility, Social Media, and Fundraising Working Groups.

Sarah’s journey from marketing to software engineering, active speaking engagements, and community initiatives make her an inspiring figure at Django Day India 2025.
