Installation errors

I want to install Django on my system but getting these errors.

I assume you must have an extremely slow internet connection. Try
increasing the timeout to the pip command as documented here:

https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/user_guide/

E.g:

# pip install --default-timeout=120 Django-3.1.1

trying using virtual env
