Struggling with deployment

Hello , 

I am trying to deploy my project on Heroku. I haven't created Virtual Environment in my app. Is it necessary to have virtual environment to install white noise and deploy my app to Heroku? Please respond me back as soon as possible.

It's not necessary to create virtual environment on production. You must have to install all dependencies which are on development.
