Only for specific region

I want that my Website only German user can Open it and another User from Others Region a template Show, that they Not live in Germany.

Huge app such as Netflix tries to do that, and people always can find workaround. Why do you also want such feature?  Licensing limitation such as Netflix?

There are plenty of options out there. As for why this might be needed, you can blame China with all these bot attacks on websites :P It can also be for other reasons.

Use IP2LOCATION to detect the location of the user IP address then you can show pages based on it
