Adding help text to Django admin

Greetings folks,

I need to add "help text" to a Django admin. Sort of like the text below fields in the Django Redirects app. to provide a snippet of information about each field.

How can I achieve this?

Set help_text on the appropriate model field

name = models.CharField(max_length=100, help_text='Current name of band')
