Are there any packages that will allow me to build a social media management platform?

Management platform? How so? Are you talking about authenticating users with OAuth? Like "sign up with Google" or "Sign up with Facebook"

If so, you can check out:

Otherwise, if you're talking about building an API like a Twitter bot, then I'm not aware of any "packages" that'll help you. I feel like that's more on the social media platform's own end's documentation and a little bit of Django views.
